According to the maintenance requirements of mechanical equipment, the spring machine must undergo corresponding regular maintenance after the specified working hours or specified mileage, including the following three items:

Primary maintenance: It is carried out on the basis of daily maintenance. The key task is to lubricate, tighten and check the relevant parts of the three filters (air, oil, fuel filter). It is mainly guided by the mechanical team leader and completed by the mechanical operator.

Secondary maintenance: mainly focus on inspection and adjustment. Check the engine, clutch, gearbox and other working conditions in detail, and make necessary adjustments to eliminate the faults found and ensure that the spring machine has good working performance. The machine operator assists in the secondary maintenance to assist the maintenance personnel.

Three-level maintenance: focus on spring machine testing, adjustment and troubleshooting. Diagnose the components that affect performance, and complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.

Safe operation and correct use are the prerequisites to ensure the efficient operation of the spring machine. Since the principle of the CNC spring machine is different from other equipment, the following matters need to be paid attention to during operation.

1. Reliable grounding protection measures must be taken during the power-on process of the CNC spring machine. For example, grounding protection can effectively protect electrical components from lightning when it is raining and thunder. At the same time, leakage protection should be done, such as external lines should be installed with leakage protectors. , If accidental leakage is found, it can ensure safety protection.

2. Start the machine in strict accordance with the use steps. Before production, all fasteners that are moved during adjustment must be checked to avoid loosening, falling, shifting, collision phenomenon and machine damage.

3. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to touch the panel with your hands. The falling direction of the spring product must be controlled to avoid jamming the tool holder and collision. When the spring product is abnormal, it must be stopped before adjustment and modification.

4. When the spring machine is damaged, it must be inspected and corrected by experienced personnel. When reporting for repairs, the relevant professionals should perform the repairs. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble without professional and technical personnel, so as to avoid secondary damage.
