1. XD-240 compression spring machine is a 2-axis spring machine consisting of wire feeding axis and cam axis. XD-240 also have an option of a pitch axis, upper and bottom cutter axis installment to upgrade as a 5 axis spring coiler.
3. Cam can be moved clockwisely or anti –clockwisely, wire feed length and speed is up to user's adjustment.
4. Computer can automatically detect the temperature of the motor and slow down the running speed to protect the motor from overheating.
5. Computer can automatically decelerate according to the timing when the probe should be used.
6. Prodution speed can be increased or decreased at any time of running the machine.
7. Convenient mechanization,high speed and precision.
8. Optional accessories: torsion device, spring length gauge.
